Specializing in training players of the future, our development academy helps prepare players for future opportunities both on and off the soccer field.
Under the direction of Academy Director Morgan Carlson, the Youth Development Academy prepares local athletes to be the best they can be. Through meaningful and challenging soccer instruction, technical and tactical development, and more, players become well-rounded, ready to take on any challenge.
We believe that training should be fun and engaging as it lays the foundation for long-term success. With a focus on individual player development, our coaches and staff help each player become the best version of themselves.

Who is it for?
Players six and under (U6) are invited to join our Aggies FC Youth Development Academy, which is led by Dr. Morgan Carlson, Youth Director of Coaching. This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to develop the foundation skills in soccer and join our amazing club. With Morgan’s experience and guidance, your child will have the opportunity to be supported in all aspects of their development as a soccer player. Our academy program is designed to give every young athlete the best chance for success.
Who is Morgan Carlson?
Dr. Morgan Carlson, NSSF C license and Academy Master. Coach Carlson, Aggies FC Academy Director, trains and develops youth 4 - 8 years old to prepare them for competitive play at the elite levels. With over 30 years of player development history, Coach Carlson has a proven record of the best training for youth in the valley! Morgan Carlson maintains a legacy of excellence as he has had a hand in developing almost every player from Cache Valley who has gone on to play at the STATE CUP or COLLEGE level. Dedicated and passionate, Coach Carlson is truly one of Utah's great Soccer Pioneers!
