I hereby give approval for the participation of my child in the AggiesFC soccer activities, including but not limited to activities relative to the Tryout / Team Selection process, and I assume all potential risk and hazards included with such participation. I waive, release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless AggiesFC and all affiliated associations, organizers, supervisors, coaches and participants from any claims arising out of injury to my child. I hereby grant permission to treat my child in the event of an injury while participating in said activities.
